By creating an account or using Snippetly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
Snippetly provides a shared snippet library tool for creating, organizing, and copying canned replies. We may change, add, or remove features with reasonable notice where practical.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use Snippetly to store illegal content, send spam, infringe others' rights, or interfere with the security or reliability of the service.
Your content
You own your snippets. By storing them in Snippetly, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content to authorized members of your workspace.
Billing
Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime. We do not provide refunds for partial months, except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for Snippetly, other users, or our service providers.
Limitation of liability
Snippetly is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
