What data we collect
We collect the information needed to provide Snippetly: account information such as your name and email address, snippet content you create or store, and usage events such as which snippets are copied and when. If you choose a paid plan, billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the service, keep your workspace available to authorized members, send transactional emails such as account and invite messages, troubleshoot issues, and improve the product.
Data storage
Your data is stored securely on Supabase, which is hosted on AWS. Supabase encrypts data at rest and provides authentication and database access controls that help keep workspace data separated.
Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that help us run Snippetly: Supabase for database and authentication, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email.
Your rights
You can ask to export or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@snippetly.online. We will respond as quickly as reasonably possible.
Cookies
We use only essential session storage and cookies needed for Supabase authentication. We do not use tracking cookies.
